2. Abstract text:

Kindly submit the abstract in the following format:
1. Authors have to submit their abstracts in English, which is the official language of the conference.
2. Abstracts will have to be submitted by online portal only.
3. Authors are requested to submit their abstract under the structured headings.
4. Abstracts should contain no more than 250 words.
5. Authors will have to use Times New Roman font with size 12.
6. Abstracts will not be accepted after the stipulated deadline (25thOctober 2021)

3. Specific Guidelines:

1. The Mannequin Challenge refers to a video trend in which a group of people are filmed frozen in position like mannequins.
2. The theme for the conference is “Redefining Dental Public Health Competencies in India”.The video for the Mannequin Challenge in Dental Public Health may be theme/non-theme based.
3. Only single entry per college/ institute will be allowed. Participants can be either faculty or students and with or without non-teaching staff.
4. All members in the team must have registered for the conference to qualify as a team.
5. Each team should comprise minimum 5 & Maximum 7 participants including Mentor.
6. Mentor can only be Faculty members.
7. All team members should be part of the video presentation.
8. For mannequin challenge, recording should be done in one shot. No cutting or editing is allowed.
9. There should be no movement, eye blinking or twitching or change of expressions during the recording.
10. No voice over or audio narration will be allowed. However, teams can use a relevant background music/theme and text in English.
11. Video must be recorded and converted to MP4 file format.
12. Length of the video should be minimum 2 minutes and maximum 3 minutes including opening and closing credits.
13. Opening credit should not disclose the institution name.Any attempt of breach will attract disqualification.
14. Closing credit should display the names of the cast and crew with team photograph.
15. The abstract for the mannequin challenge must be uploaded on the website through any one registered participant only and the recorded video to be sent as an attachment to the iaphdsc25@gmail.comby5th November 2021.
16. On the basis of number of entries, initial scrutiny by Scientific Committee and final evaluation by judges/chairpersons will be done.
17. External sources of funding, if any, should be included in the presentation.
18. The whole team will be given only one certificate of presentation for participation and certificate of appreciation for prize.
19. Decision of the judges will be final and no further request will be entertained.
